Is my TV suitable for a AOKCOS?

AOKCOS TV stands are universal and follows the standards of VESA. Therefore, a AOKCOS TV stand will work with all regular TV brands on the market, as they are VESA compatible.

VESA is an international standard for the mounting holes on the back of your TV. So, it’s important to check if your TV is VESA-compatible before making a purchase.

How will I find out if my TV is VESA compatible?

VESA stands for “Video Electronics Standards Association”, which is an organization that develops technical standards for products such as TVs. Briefly put, it is an international standard for the mounting holes on the reverse side of your TV.

You can check under the specifications on the brand or dealer site for your TV to see if your TV is VESA compatible.

Please look up the specific model either in the instructions manual, on the company page or at the place you bought the TV. Look under specifications for VESA compatibility.

VESA compatibility, for example, can also be written as 100x100 up to 400x400 mm.

How do I measure the VESA size of my TV?

Step 1. Get your measuring tool ready. VESA is measured in millimetres.

Step 2. Locate the VESA mounting holes on the backside of your TV.

Step 3. Measure the width and the height between the mounting holes.

Note: The distance between the mounting holes depends on your TV model.

How big can my TV be?

Please look up the specific model either in the instructions manual, on the company page or at the place you bought the TV. Look under specifications for VESA compatibility.

If you choose to fit a screen outside the recommended size, you do so at your own risk and responsibility.

How do I assemble my TV stand?

We supply detailed assembly instructions with all AOKCOS TV stands, along with the bolts and tools required. If you’ve lost your assembly instructions – or in the unlikely event that they aren’t in the box – you can always find our assembly instructions online here.

What do I do if my TV doesn’t fit the TV stand I bought?

In the unlikely event that your TV doesn’t fit our TV stand, you can mail us at support@aokcos.com enclosing some photos of the issue.

Our TV stands are universal, but in extraordinary cases, a AOKCOS TV stand may not be compatible with a specific TV. On a case-by-case basis, we assess whether it is possible to optimise the installation, whether a different AOKCOS TV stand would be a better match or whether, unfortunately, it is simply not possible to fit the TV in question.

The bolts supplied do not fit my TV. What do I do?

If the bolts provided are too long, it will help to use the large plastic spacers that are included in our mounting kit. You won’t make the TV stand unstable by adding more spacers, so simply add as many as needed.

In the rare case the bolts provided are too big or too small in diameter to fit in the mounting holes on your TV don’t panic. The bolts are standard. Simply grab the bolts from the mounting kit and take them to the local hardware store and ask for a smaller or bigger one.

Our mounting kit are universal and has been tested to suit 95% of all TV models.

My TV is uneven at the back, can I still fit a AOKCOS TV stand on it?

If your TV is still VESA compatible, then you can use a AOKCOS TV stand even though the back of your TV is uneven. You will properly need to use more plastic spacers to equalize the unevenness. The plastic spacers are provided in the mounting kit.

Can you adjust the height of AOKCOS TV stands?

Yes, the AOKCOS TV stand is a height adjustable stand.

What’s the best practice for fitting a TV to AOKCOS TV stands?

We recommend placing the TV as high up as the TV stand itself and the VESA mounting holes allow, so as to obtain the best angle to watch from a sofa.

Is it easy to lift a AOKCOS TV stand?

AOKCOS TV stands are designed to be stable, yet simple to move around in your home. If it is likely you will need to move your TV stand regularly, we recommend buying a AOKCOS TV stand on wheels.

Are AOKCOS TV stands stable? I’m afraid my child could knock it over.

AOKCOS TV stands are designed with the emphasis on stability. It takes a lot to knock over a AOKCOS TV stand bearing a screen, and this isn’t an issue we’ve encountered in connection with ordinary use in a home where there are young children.

Can you fit wheels to all AOKCOS TV stands?

Mobile TV Stand is the TV cabinets with wheels. Other AOKCOS TV Stand cannot be fitted with wheels.

Can you lock the wheels on AOKCOS TV stands on wheels?

Yes, Mobile TV Stand include wheels with brakes.

What are the advantages of floor TV stand?

The floor TV stand is different from traditional TV cabinets and TV mounts. It has the advantages of free movement, no need to punch holes, saving space in the house, and beautiful appearance.

How to choose the right TV stand?

Whether the TV fits floor TV stand depends on VESA and load-bearing capacity. Generally speaking, our floor TV Stand can match most of the TVs.

What is the height of floor TV stand?

The dimensions we mark are the highest height from the ground to the top of the TV stand, you can find the corresponding data in the pictures or specs on our product details page.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Shipping & delivery will take 1-3 working days By FEDEX. Depending on the item purchased and the delivery location, delivery time is may delay sometimes during shopping peak season.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships. Follow the status of your shipment at FedEx.com.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently do not offer express shipping, but we hope to provide this service in the future.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Typically, we encourage you to review and confirm your order for accuracy. However, if you do need to make changes, please promptly send an email to support@aokcos.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my item/package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at support@aokcos.com immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.

How does it work for return or exchange?
